Reiki Arts Services
Reiki is a wellbeing art-form using touch. While the philosophy behind Reiki is esoteric and not evidence based, many people report benefits. Whether this is because of the deep alpha relaxation it induces or other reasons is unclear. Personally I have found it a great tool for relaxation, self nurture and wellbeing. I offer treatments and training in this art-form which is incorporated by many body workers.
